About Coach Frank

Frank is an Irish sport performance coach, endurance specialist, and author of the To Succeed series — a growing collection of practical, evidence-based performance guides designed for young athletes aged 12–30.

With deep roots across Irish and UK sport, Frank’s experience spans running, triathlon, swimming, cycling, rowing, GAA, sport nutrition, and athletic development. Over the years, he has coached athletes from grassroots club level to national competition, helping young people build not only physical performance, but confidence, resilience, and long-term sporting success.

His coaching philosophy blends modern sport science with real-world competitive experience, combining structured training, technical development, nutrition, mindset, and race strategy into athlete-centred systems that work in practice.

Row to Succeed is the first title in this expanding series — a comprehensive 49-chapter guide covering rowing technique, training, nutrition, psychology, race planning, and athlete development from beginner to international level.

The To Succeed series will continue to expand across rowing, running, triathlon, swimming, cycling, GAA, and sport performance, creating a trusted resource for the next generation of athletes.

Based in Ireland, Frank works with athletes throughout Ireland and the UK.
